Your Investment Offers You:
- The option to change your holiday home ownership usage time(s) to a period within the year more convenient to you (subject to availability).
- The option of exchanging your holiday home usage time for accommodation at another BMP resort. No exchange fee is charged.
- The option of exchanging your holiday home resort usage time for accommodation at any one of over 4000 resorts worldwide through iExchange. You however will be responsible for the applicable local and international exchange fees.
- The option of banking your holiday home usage time with the aim of earning income through your home resort’s rental pool.
- An investor card, which provides a range of discounted benefits for activities at the Resort which require payment. Discounts are based on the two different club types so the greater the amount invested at your home resort, the greater the discounts
