San Martinho Beach Club™ is taking part in an exciting Trade Fair where visitors will be able to learn all about our resort and the various holiday ownership options. Visitors to the stand can also win an exciting prize!
So what is this exhibition all about? FACIM is an annual multi-sector trade fair in Mozambique, which seeks to facilitate contact between Mozambican and international exhibitors. The trade fair is held at a dedicated show ground in the suburb of Marracuene, which is 30km from central Maputo and sees a lot of interest from Maputo residents.
Our stand display will proudly feature a scale model of the resort development for visitors to admire. Our Marketing Team: Marc, Shawn and Arlindo look forward to welcoming and meeting all visitors to our stand.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn all about our holiday ownership options:
1. Free standing 4 or 3 bedroom 180m2 Villas (both options have 3 bathrooms as standard) and are located along the beach, which are yours to own through Propriedade Horizontal (Sectional Title).
2. Shared ownership 4 and 3 bedroom duplex apartments, which are available on a Fractional Ownership (4 weeks exclusive use every year) and Timeshare Ownership (1 week exclusive use every year).
3. A planned double storey building, which will house 8 apartments and have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options available, which will be exclusively dedicated to Timeshare Ownership.
For the benefit of our Mozambican visitors all product leaflets will be in Portuguese and we are excited to announce that we now have a dedicated SMBC sales office located within Maputo to assist them.
