We also offer fractional title and sectional title ownership, placing San Martinho Beach Club in a most desirable investment category.
Along with our legal compliance, the Beekman Group has ensured that investing in Mozambique is hassle-free, with an experienced team in place to guide you through the process, keeping you fully informed at all times. Your investment is registered in the Land Registry Office of Mozambique and investing in San Martinho Beach Club can be classified under your annual SADC (Southern African Development Community) property allowance or your annual offshore allowance.
