Guests will have noticed strategically placed boxes mounted on poles within the resort’s grounds. These six boxes are our contribution towards accommodating our resident bat population! In return for their free lodging, these insect eating winged mammals, reciprocate in kind by doing a marvellous job in consuming the local insect population. At dusk, the sight of these nocturnal creatures exiting their apartments for a night’s foraging is a sight to behold.
