You are purchasing the right of exclusive occupancy (your “usage time”) of a holiday apartment for a specific period. The apartments are fully- equipped for self-catering and your choice of either 2 or 3 bedrooms. Your “share” of the apartment in question is determined as a week (“time”). During the week you have been allocated, the entire apartment is at your disposal. The purchase price for each of the 52 weeks available is determined by the seasonal demand for holiday accommodation at your resort.
