An exciting new project is underway at San Martinho Beach Club™! We have officially broken ground on developments for the new Timeshare apartment block. This new block will be a double storey, 8 apartment block of units, which will consist of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options on both the ground floor and first floor that are dedicated to timeshare ownership. At this stage the foundations and patio foundations have been laid. We look forward to watching this new development progress!
